CRISTIANO RONALDO won the battle of the superstars as Real Madrid stunned Barca on their own turf.
The Portuguese ace had scored in the past six El Clasicos and wasted little time taking that record to seven when he converted a penalty in the 14th minute after he was brought down by Gerard Pique.
The visitors continued to dominate and Ronaldo put the tie beyond doubt early in the second half after Angel Di Maria strike’s had been parried by Jose Pinto.
Youngster Raphael Varane grabbed a third to heap further humiliation on the Catalans with a header in the 69th minute.
And Jordi Alba's smart finish in the final minute counted for little for the hosts.
Madrid will face Atletico Madrid or Sevilla in the King’s Cup final.
